Naian González Norvind is a Mexican photographer, actress, and director. Her photography, taken mainly with a Nikon FM2 gifted by her mentor Adolfo Doring, has accompanied her travels since 2015. In 2023, she debuted her first solo show, First Impressions, at En Blanco Gallery in San José del Cabo. As an actress and writer, she co-wrote and starred in Leona, earning accolades at FICM and an Ariel nomination. Notable roles include New Order by Michel Franco, Amsterdam (HBO), and Invasion (AppleTV+), for which she received an Imagen Award nomination. She has directed for stage and screen, most recently Corina (2024), awarded at FICG, GIFF, and SXSW.
